Editing a Cottage Mode Page

This web site is a wiki page, which means that anyone can add or change any page. Here is some information on how to get started.

Editing An Existing Page

First click the edit tab at the top of the page that you want to edit. You can then just type text into a page, and click save. This is the easiest and fastest way to get started. If you want to do some addiitonal formating of the text, please see the Avanced Editing Examples below.

AddingA New Page

Type the name of your page in the search box on the left, and then click go. If the page does not already exist, you will see a link to "create this page". Click on this link, and you can start adding to text and photos to the page.

Adding Photos

Simple click on the "upload file" link to the left of this page. Browse to the photo on your computer, and click upload.

To add you image to a page later, just click edit, and add [[Image:your file name.jpg]] to the page.

You should add any copyright information to your photos, before uploading.

Advanced Editing Examples

You can just type text if you want to create or edit a page, but if you want to try some formating, you can use the following examples.
