Adding Information

From Cottages

[edit] It is very easy to add information to the Cottage Mode Web Site

Anyone can add information to the following site, using the following simple steps:

Adding a new cottage for rent listing:

[edit] Make sure that you read all 5 steps first

Step 1: In the search box on the left of this page, enter the name of your page, and click the "Go" button.

Note: If your page does not already exist, you will see an "There is no page titled...." message.

Step 2: Click the You can create this page link on the page from step 1.

Step 3: paste copy and paste the following line into the edit box of the new page:

{{subst:New Cottage Listing}}

Step 4: Click the "Save page" button

Note: Your page will have been saved with a basic template.

Step 5: Click the edit button, to edit the new page that you saved in step 4, and change the sections indicated in template.

Note: don't forget to save when you are done, and add a description of your changes in the summary box.
